Refund and Returns Policy

• • For exchanges:

You can exchange your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date you received your order. Simply contact us by email ( contato@alternazero.com ) informing us that you wish to make an exchange and providing your order number.

*We do not accept exchanges outside of the deadline or if there is evidence of use. 

You will receive a return shipping label, valid for 5 consecutive days, so you can send the order back to us free of charge.
Simply pack the order, attach the label to the outside of the package, and take it to the nearest post office!

When the order arrives at our address, we will analyze the condition of the product(s) and then contact you within 3 business days to proceed with the exchange.

After approval in our analysis, a voucher will be issued for the amount initially paid for the product(s), to be used on our website. The shipping cost for this new order is not included in the voucher, and it is not possible to reserve items for exchange.

• • For returns: 

You can cancel your purchase and receive a refund. Within 7 calendar days of receiving your purchase, simply contact us by email ( support@tomahawkindia.com ) informing us that you wish to return the item and providing your order number.

You will receive a return shipping label, valid for 5 consecutive days, so you can send the order back to us free of charge.
Simply pack the order, attach the label to the outside of the package, and take it to the nearest post office!

When the order arrives at our address, an analysis of the product(s) conditions will be carried out and, after the return is approved, the refund of the product(s) value will be processed within 3 business days. For credit card purchases, the refund will be made exclusively to the same card used for the purchase, and the credit may appear on up to 2 subsequent billing statements after the item is returned to us, depending on the closing date of that statement. For purchases via PIX (Brazilian instant payment system ), the refund is immediate.

Please note: Items marked as final sale or heavily discounted beyond our regular promotions are not eligible for exchange.
